Now there's a potential Board for you - "Gear Review". What do you think?

Thanks for sharing. I'm always looking for better/more reliable cooking for colder temperatures as opposed to stoves and jetboils. This seems like it would perform well in winter. Would you agree?

MR,
The gear review forum would be nice. I've got plenty I could comment on.

aseege1, The BaroCook is very good to work with , however the waste to pack out adds up over time. People in the past have argued over the fact that the quicklime waste could be dispersed on the land as a fertilizer, but that just go along with the 'ole LNT philosophy. As for winter use, the chemical reaction seemed to work unfazed in refrigerated temperatures, however I did not receive the product for gear testing until this past spring. Sounds like a good excuse for some winter hiking!
