Not really a hike, but we did go to a local State park(Sky Meadows) to observe. Pretty cool event even though it was a partial eclipse here, and we had clouds. Just one photo for the moment. Bruce

Taken in North Olmsted, just west of Cleveland: Eclipse 2024This is a collage, not actual track of the sun, and is supposed to be 'read' from top-left to bottom-right (as the sun dipped closer to the horizon). The eclipse began at 1:59pm, totality was at 3:14pm, and the event ended at 4:32pm. It took me 2hr 20min to drive to my location (from Pittsburgh), and 5hr 30min to drive back due to the traffic. Totally worth it!
