I once stayed in one of the lakeside hotels to the left of the stadium ... and no, it was not a Holiday Inn Express. We did a night time cruise/dinner with pretty much the same perspective you show. I had just bought my first digital camera. I didn't know about needing a memory card until we were doing the cruise.

I went on an interesting bi-national hike in the Niagara Gorge in August. My pictures aren't as good (of course), and not having Canadian cell service ruined my efforts to use the Backpacker GPS Trails Pro app to post it as one of the "leg-stretcher hikes".
