This is located in SGL 13 and features several deep gorges with numerous waterfalls, big trees, isolation, and cliffs. There are amazing swimming holes and beautiful bedrock grottos. I explored two tributaries, Hunts and Pigeon Runs, with several waterfalls, old growth hemlocks, and cliffs. The Falls of the Hemlocks was particularly scenic due to its rugged, isolated setting among ancient hemlock trees, blooming hobblebush and red trilliums. One of the most beautiful places in the mid atlantic.
