Hike to Hoagland Chasm and Weed Falls-Loyalsock State Forest

A place of incredible scenery in the Loyalsock State Forest south of Shunk. Features hemlock forests, chasms, gorges, rapids, waterfalls, and deep pools. Lots of spring wildflowers and ramps. Access was easy along old grades, although I had to walk in the creek to see the gorge, chasm, and falls. Do not attempt in high water. A place of great beauty.
