Over Columbus Day weekend, I went hiking and camping in the beautiful Loyalsock State Forest (PA). The highlight was the sublime Frozen Run Gorge, featuring great views, waterfalls, pools, big rocks, cliffs, and some nice fall foliage. We also came across a unique rock formation we called Stonehenge Rock. I camped at Masten and then visited some places in the state forest, including Big Hollow Pond, Dry Run Falls, High Knob Overlook, and Upper Alpine Vista.

Diverse and beautiful, although still quite green. Should be pretty spectacular in a week. Stonehenge Rock looks really cool.
