What a beautiful place, and great photos, Jeff. I hiked the STS-Twin Sisters Loop the weekend before last, and camped in the meadow. It was a lovely evening and I only wish I had brought a real camera to get some better sunset shots. Awesome pics. How did you complete the north end of the loop from the STS to Twin Sisters? I walked up the STS to McConnell Road, across to Red Ridge Road, and down the Twin Sisters. It was a 3.6 mile road walk, although there was a Vista and the Gravel Lick shelter was at the top of the STS at McConnell Road.
