Is there any water source at or near the summit observation tower?

I can't say for sure, but I don't remember any. I know, a very noncommittal type of an answer, but it's the best I can do.

Ive never seen any reference to it anywhere, just thought I'd ask. Had a brutal work week, so i'm going to Rohrbaugh plains instead. Easy over nighter and the colors should be fine. Just hope to avoid the hordes.

None that I know of. The nearest water would be out the Huckleberry Tr. At the 90° turn go east down a hunters path and to an old woods road to Blizzard Run where there's water.
